Lomas de Cabo Roig is a living area all year round with a high and fine location between sea and golf as its name; Cabo Roigs hills indicate. Here you have close to everything you need and the area has many permanent residences and a good mix of nationalities. It has been invested in Lomas de Cabo Roig in recent years with a lot of new construction and a new shopping center. Most homes have nice views of the Mediterranean and La Manga del Mar Menor and there are many green areas around.

Inland towards Villamartin you have a good selection of bars and restaurants where the shopping center La Fuente is closest to about 2 km which is well visited, regardless of the time of year. Towards the sea you will find the Cabo Roig strip which offers good nightlife and Campoamor stands for the slightly more luxurious eateries, with several beach clubs in the summer.

Within a radius of 5 km there are 4 fine 18-hole golf courses; Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas all have good standards.
