Richard has a long and interesting history in Mallorca. Already after finishing school in Sweden, he moved to the island to start working in the family business that was dedicated to land exploitation and building new residential areas, which gave him solid knowledge. Since then, Richard has become the obvious person to contact in the real estate industry on the island. Thanks to have lived here for over 40 years, he is well established and has a very wide network of contacts and a unique insight and understanding of the local Mallorcan culture and lifestyle., He loves all of Mallorca, of course but especially the wild and beautiful north coast around the area of Valldemossa and the city of Palma, which has everything you could wish for.
