Illetas is a charming and exclusive suburb and is located just a few miles west of in the municipality of Calvia. It is quite densely populated with a mixture of private houses, residential complexes and hotels. The area is a quiet, vital coastal zone and here you can find all services, shops, post office, banks, restaurants and bars. Illetas is perfect if you want good accommodation without being too far from all the temptations of Palma. There are also good beaches and proximity to several golf courses and marinas such as Puerto Portals. With local bus no. 3 you get to central Palma in just over 20 minutes and the ticket costs just €1.50.
