Finca el Pino is located in the mountains, near the beautiful village of Esporles, about 20 minutes from Palma. Here you are surrounded by forests and wonderful views in all directions.
The traditional Mallorquin property consists of several houses with different terraces and patios and a lovely pool area. A famous Hollywood actress from the 60s was a former owner of this property and lived here for many years. Even today, it almost feels like being on a movie set when you stand on the beautiful courtyard with its little fishing pond.
The main building is divided into three parts, each with its own entrance. The centre part consists of a large dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with exit to a terrace and a livingroom with a fireplace. The rooms have beautiful exposed beams and traditional stone walls.
There are three spacious bedrooms in the wings of this building. Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom and a fireplace. Two of them have air conditioning and a safe.
GUEST HOUSE 1
On the other side of the property there is a guesthouse with two spacious bedrooms, both with a private entrance and a private bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a separate apartment reached via an external staircase. The apartment consists of a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The whole apartment is very charming, decorated in traditional Mallorquin style, with retro details like a 60s bathtub and kitchen.
GUEST HOUSE 2
Next to the pool there is another guesthouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The private pool is spectacular with a small cave and ample space for sun loungers and tables and chairs. There is also a bar, grill and pizza oven. To top it all, the view of the beautiful landscape that surrounds the property is simply amazing.

About the Area
Esporles is an unspoilt small village in the northwest of the Majorca, Balearic Islands, best known for its unique majestic old mansions. In very close distance are the popular towns of Banyalbufar and Valldemossa. The latter consists of a very pretty monastery, carefully designed gardens and a picturesque town centre. All of them served as refuge for Frederic Chopin and his mistress George Sand for one winter.
Not much further along the magnificent coast is the lovely artist’s village Deiá. Built around a massive rock and anchored by a simple village church, this is one of the most charming villages of Mallorca with many nice restaurants to take a break from the day’s excursions. After spending your day in Deiá you should visit Sa Foradada, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset of Mallorca.
The city of Palma is about a 20-minutes-car ride away. The beautiful Port des Canonge and Cala de Deià are approximately 20 minutes away by car. The sandy beaches of Palma can be reached in about half an hour.
