Room descriptions

All in the best condition - just moving in. Here you get the opportunity to experience something really good and this in the most central parts of Palma. Nice with its own terrace and it has access directly from the apartment. The hall is a bit prettier, but the window's location gives light and space, and with several smart storage solutions in the apartment, the whole family will be more than happy.

The first bedroom is located directly to the left. In both bedrooms there are sliding door wardrobes and room for double bed. Feel free to look at the extra ceilings and ceiling beams. The bathroom is fully tiled inside the bedroom (en suite) with bath, sink, toilet and window. Good color choice. The second bedroom with window and sliding door closet is on the right, just inside the kitchen. Today, the room is furnished with a sofa bed, but wish you can accommodate a double bed. The second toilet is next to the kitchen and it is fully tiled with shower, bidet, toilet, sink and washing machine.

The kitchen and the living room give a lovely feeling - here the level difference between the rooms and the irregular ceiling height with the roof beams gives the special feeling that warms the heart of a trained eye. Together with Architect Josep Carreras Garcia, we have managed to create a comfortable harmony between the rooms crowned with the direct access to the large terrace. A well-stocked kitchen at an angle, with smooth white carpet hatches and spotlights for best light. Generous with storage and a long workbench that also serves as a relief bench and breakfast table. Fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, gas cooker, dishwasher and cooker hood. Stand by the kitchen - pull your hand over the worktop and feel the extra height of the workbench - a little bit of everyday light. The countertop that is specially ordered is the dot of the one with the rounding on the gable down to the floor.

The rooms are separated by a few steps and the iron rail. The roof's drag towards the exterior wall gives character to the room. There is space for the beautiful sofa corner, the TV bench and the large dining table for invitations that require candelabra, folded napkins and reinforced tablecloths. Large window and sliding door onto the beautiful terrace. With its 27m² the terrace is something very extraordinary. Here you are for yourself. It is clear that you hear some of the neighbors but you are completely divorced from people and noise from the street. The owners have mounted an awning that, in its full rolled length, serves as a pergola-nice.
