Ciudad Quesada

Ciudad Quesada in Rojalesmunicipality is south of Alicante and one and 15km north of Torrevieja. The charming village was originally a traditional village in an agricultural area. Today we find here a nice combination of older and modern architecture and it is a well-functioning society in itself with access to school, and healthcare.

Quesada is clean and tidy with many detached villas and townhouses. Here, nationalities from all over the world are mixed, but mainly many resident Spaniards. There is a wide range of things to see and do; everything from restaurants and shops to the golf course and Aquapark. Quesada is adjacent to two very nice Spanish villages; Benijófar and Rojales, which gives a more genuine Spanish feel to the area. There are also several hiking trails around which invite activity. The proximity to everything makes Quesada a very attractive place to live both permanently and on holiday.

The stunning beach of Guardamar is five to ten minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy beaches like Moncayo which is considered one of Costa Blanca's most beautiful and longest. The beach is child-friendly without stones and with space for playgrounds, football and beach volleyball. It is one of the few beaches where you can get some more private space even in the summer, as there are usually a lot of people on all the beaches.

From Quesada it takes only 30 minutes to Alicante airport via AP-7 and there are no tolls on that route.
