The bedroom on the lower floor has its own small entrance with large glass sections and next to it is a bright and lovely bathroom with shower.

Out on the plot you have both south and north / west and always have access to the sun all day. On the terrace there is a lovely Jacuzzi as well as outdoor shower and then a small sun corner overlooking the golf course. You also have your own storage room and a brick barbecue for lovely barbecue evenings

A nice communal pool area is just a stones throw away with both shower and toilets.

The village is situated at an altitude of about 10km from the coast with a beautiful view of the orange groves and the salt lakes.

San Miguel de Salinas has two municipal schools up to the upper secondary level in the village and the renowned & quot; El Limonar International School & quot; within the municipal border. In the village you will find all possible facilities such as bank, post office, well-stocked grocery stores, butchers, fish shop, bakery etc.

There is a large selection of restaurants and bars in the village, where "Las Cuevas & quot; is the restaurant that stands out among its competitors. Built in old caves, a cozy atmosphere has been created where international establishments make the taste buds turn cobbles - a must when visiting San Miguel de Salinas.

Just a stones throw, or why not a golf course, from San Miguel de Salinas is the spectacular Las Colinas Golf and Country Club championship course. The course that hosted qualifying competitions for the Europa Tour always holds very high quality in terms of both the banana status and the circuit service.

For those interested in cycling, there are many lovely small roads to embark on within the municipality. A grain of gold is the tight, meandering CV-952. The road takes you on an amazingly beautiful, and sometimes challenging, trip on hilly terrain among orange and citrus groves through the lovely restaurant Rebate all the way out to sea! One stop on Rebate is something that can be recommended to quench the thirst and recharge the batteries.
