Townhouse with perfect location – 125 m to the Mediterranean Sea, Mil Palmeras
Mil Palmeras, Pilar de la Horadada
Well-maintained home with three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilet and generous outdoor areas.
Do you dream of living near the sea – with sun, sea breeze and a life in peaceful harmony – but still having all the services around the corner? Then this townhouse is something truly special.
Mil Palmeras is one of the most sought after areas on the Costa Blanca. It has a genuine and relaxed atmosphere with a wide range of restaurants, cafes and small shops within walking distance. The popular beaches of Playa Vistamar and Playa Mil Palmeras are just a few minutes away - follow the charming walkway between the houses and take the steps down to the golden sand and crystal clear water.
Here you will find everything you need for a comfortable and carefree life: pharmacies, supermarkets, a health center, playgrounds, paddle courts and several nice beach bars where you can enjoy Spanish tapas with a sea view. With its unbeatable location, its generous floor plan and proximity to both the sea and services, this townhouse in Mil Palmeras is a home to look forward to – all year round.
When you arrive, you are greeted by a spacious patio on the ground floor, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and you can park comfortably right outside on the street.
Inside the house you are welcomed by a hallway that leads to a practical space next to the kitchen with a washing machine and water heater - a smart solution that combines storage and function. There is also a guest toilet here. The open plan between the kitchen and living room creates a social and airy home where life can take place. Through large glass areas, light flows in and connects the inside with the sunny terrace at the back.
The kitchen offers generous work surfaces and is fully equipped – perfect for those who like to cook or just want to enjoy the simplicity of a well-planned home. The living room has both a dining area and a comfortable sofa corner, and there is extra storage space under the stairs.
From the living room you step out onto the south-facing terrace, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the inviting communal pool area. There is space for a dining group and lounge furniture - an idyllic place for long summer evenings with family and friends. The awning provides nice shade during the hottest days.
Upstairs there are two rooms: a spacious bedroom with access to a balcony with magical sea views, and an additional living room (which can be converted into a bedroom if needed) with access to a furnished terrace with the same fantastic views. There is also a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, two more bedrooms await, sharing a second bathroom with shower. From one bedroom, a smaller balcony leads out to the sea again – the same expansive view, the same feeling of freedom.
The house is spacious, well-planned and perfect for a large family or for those looking for a holiday home with space for both relaxation and socializing. Bright materials, generous surfaces and sea views make this home something very special.
With generous terraces on both the north and south sides, you can enjoy outdoor living all year round – sunbathe on hot days on the south side or seek cooling shade on the north side when the summer is at its hottest.

Adjacent to the north of Torre de la Horadada is Mil Palmeras, which since the early 1980s has been a very popular destination for Swedes when it comes to buying a home, both for holiday homes and permanent residence. There is a reason why the first houses built here during this time are called “Vikings”.
This village clearly comes alive in the summer when the many restaurants along the pedestrian street a stone's throw from the sea are bustling with people, but many have also found their place in the village in the winter, when the pace is much calmer.
Around the village there are many green areas and walking paths, which encourage activity. Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada are connected by Pueblo Latino and the surrounding areas have grown together in recent years, which means that there is a greater selection of restaurants and services within walking distance.
Mil Palmeras, which literally translates to 1000 palm trees, boasts long white sandy beaches that line the Mediterranean Sea. All the beach kiosks or Chiringuitos here are open all year round, which has contributed greatly to keeping the area more lively and active all year round. The municipality does its part to offer free activities on weekends during the winter months, including yoga and zumba, which are constantly increasing in popularity among those who live here during the low season.
Pilar de la Horadada, Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras are located along the N-332 coastal road and are easily accessible from Alicante airport (45 min drive) via the AP-7 motorway.
