The village has a very privileged location next to some of the best beaches on the southern Costa Blanca. In the summer the area is bustling and Playa Jesuitas is bustling with life and activity with the beach bar that works just as well for lunch as for an evening drink.

Some places close, but enough good restaurants like Cerverceria Torremar are open to serve Mediterranean cuisine to wintering and permanent residents.
