It is a city that has not yet been affected by tourism, although more and more people are finding their way here every year. It is a city that has still retained its Andalusian charm and has a large and wide beach, a nice old town center and a picturesque marina.
You will find the traditional southern Spanish environment here. There are many pedestrian streets and narrow, cozy alleys with whitewashed houses. The city center is free from large hotel complexes.
In Estepona you can stroll along the charming street Calle Real which is lined with orange trees and lots of shops and restaurants. The old town is famous for its flower pots that hang on the walls of the houses, where each street has been equipped with flower pots in its own color.

The most famous square in Estepona is called Plaza de las Flores and here you will find many nice restaurants and ice cream parlors that are perfect to visit on a warm summer evening.
