Nueva Andalucia is located in the municipality of Marbella and is one of the most popular areas on the coast.
The area is also called the golf valley, as some of the coast's most famous golf courses are located here, such as Los Naranjos Golf Club, Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and Aloha Golf Club. There are also well-reputed international schools, including the Swedish School of Marbella. The proximity to the luxury port of Puerto Banus has also contributed to making the area very popular.
Nueva Andalucia is a large residential area with a shopping center, Centro Plaza, which is a popular meeting place. There are restaurants, shops, bars, offices and a gym.
