From the balcony you also overlook the sea and over Son Caliu which is a popular area with a beach that gives the more private feel. Here is a lovely calm as the beach and the restaurants around it focus more on the adult audience. A wide range of restaurants in the area and excellent communications for those who want to visit Palma. Welcome to Mallorca.

Room descriptions

Well-planned apartment with large living room of about 25m², two large bedrooms, one of which has toilet (en-suite) and access to the terrace. Both bedrooms are large enough to accommodate each double bed. Good storage in all closets. The bathroom in bedroom 2 has a shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet. The kitchen (IKEA 1998) is a little nicer but accommodates everything you need to swing together a three-course offer. Here are; fridge with freezer compartment (2018), stove (1998), fan, micro, dishwasher (2019) and washing machine (2017). The owner informs that the oven is out of order. In connection with the renovation in 1998, one opened up the wall between the kitchen and the living room, which gives a more open feeling when one has contact between the rooms.

On the floor is a stone floor and the walls are plastered and painted white. When moving in, one can take the opportunity to repaint the whole apartment. Tiles and tiles in both bathrooms set up in 1998. The apartment is on the corner and if you want you can take the morning coffee out on the attic and enjoy the morning sun and the view of the mountains without disturbing any of the neighbors.
